Recommended Serving - 6 ounces

Pot Roast - Moist heat or liquid, low heat covered

Used for making pickled corned beef or salt beef, this cut must be cooked slowly and cut across the grain to ensure tenderness. Ask us to expertly prepare brisket roasts plain or in our own special brine. Just save us a corned beef sandwich !
