Our
Lamb chops and steaks come from the world's most sought after
lamb. With a mild delicate flavor and tender texture, these cuts
offer a spectacular dining experience. So versatile, these meaty
chops work with your favorite seasonings. For best results,
these cuts should be sautéed or broiled.
To
Grill: Cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare. To Sauté:
Sautéed in a mixture of butter and oil for 4 minutes on each
side. These chops and steaks are best if served rare to medium.
Overcooking can diminish both flavor and texture. |
